“Look at my beautiful wife!” This is what the groom kept repeat as we walked through the timeless halls of this quintessential city hall. As we spent the next hour together documenting their San Francisco City Hall elopement, I could really feel the romantic love between Chris and Mirella.

Accompanied by their closest friends and family in an intimate ceremony, the two opted for a city hall elopement in one of the most iconic locations in the States. The San Francisco City Hall was first established over 120 years ago. Even though it has gone through extensive renovations due to earthquakes and wear and tear, it has held its American Renaissance architecture and charm.

It was the perfect backdrop for a romantic elopement ceremony, followed by gorgeous portraits of the couple and their guests. As someone who was born in the Bay Area, being able to revisit the City Hall as an adult was a dream come true. This San Francisco City Hall Elopement is an experience I will cherish forever.
